After acquiring a larger space in March of this year, the company has now completed its move of all staff and equipment and is looking forwards to offering even quicker turnaround times and greater printing capacity to its customers around the USA.
Founded in 1989 by David Mathis, Carbonless On Demand had outgrown its old premises thanks to a period of expansion. The popularity of its full color carbonless forms and other carbonless paper products meant that more space was needed for the expanding team and specialist printing equipment. After a search for the perfect premises, the original 1900 square foot building has been swapped for a new facility measuring a spacious 5661 square feet.
David Mathis, CEO of Carbonless on Demand said, “With so much more space for production and office space, we have room to grow. Already, we have added three additional production lines bringing our total production capacity to 9 production lines at the current time. We are in the process of hiring more people and are searching for another printing press operator, two staff for bindery and one pre-press/customer service position. With the new additions we will have a staff of 17 full time people to better service our customers.
“Our goal is to reduce our production time and increase our volume while adding more products with same price savings ability we instill in our carbonless forms. Our mission is to bring a cost effective and fast product to our customers with a tried and true craftsmanship that has been in the printing industry for many years.
“We still put ink on paper with plates, and still use people with skills to accomplish these goals. We are an American owned and operated company and all of our paper is made in America, as are our inks. Our staff takes pride in their work and has many years of experience in their craft.”
